"It’s very difficult to get someone to help me.
I have been trying since 09/14 to obtain a letter from this office confirming that I was not involved in an accident that was wrongfully reported (by them) on my record. I’ve also requested to get a call back from Joshua, a manager or Mariola without any luck for 3 weeks now. I called again today and was told for sure I’ll get a call back Today, unfortunate I’m still waiting

UPDATE October 12: I received a call back from Mariola last week and was told that, at the latest, I would receive the document I need today (Monday, 10/12). Unfortunately, I have still not received it. I called the office at 4:00 PM and was informed that they had submitted a rush request, but they could not provide an estimated timeline for me to get a solution. It has now been almost a month since I first contacted the office for assistance on September 14 regarding an issue with my record that was initiated by then. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point. I have called State Farm's general customer service line multiple times, and they continue to tell me that this office is the only one that can resolve the issue."
